✈️ TS AIRLINES — INTEROFFICE MEMO
TO: Captain Ilya TS
FROM: Gene Ravvin
ROUTE: Cape Cod, Hyannis, Hamptons, Chatham, Santa Monica, San Diego
STATUS: Filed & Unforgettable

I’ve had the pleasure of flying with TsiperFly Air Group, including its Executive, Regional, and Cargo divisions, on several occasions.

My best experience was my very first flight, when I received a personal pre-flight demonstration from the company’s founder and CEO, Ilya Tsiperfal, who also fulfills the roles of flight attendant, navigator, and pilot, on the proper operation of the aircraft’s emergency parachute. As is standard across the TsiperFly fleet, every aircraft is equipped with one. The demonstration was performed in multiple languages and in different costumes to leave nothing to chance. This made our dinner flight to Santa Monica all the more memorable. The purchased package also included a video recording of the passenger experience (initial shock quickly changing into absolute joy in my case), providing an invaluable memory to revisit the journey afterward.

The most memorable flight was from Nantucket to Hyannis, during which Captain Tsiperfal had to perform almost kamikaze-like maneuvering to get the airfield lights to turn on, earning himself the honorary samurai title of O-Tsiperfal-san. When the stubborn airfield refused to cooperate despite every colorful expression directed its way, Captain Tsiperfal wisely applied the principle of least resistance and diverted to an alternate airfield.

Led by its intrepid founder and CEO, Ilya Tsiperfal, I have experienced nothing but five-star service. Although the airline’s strict policies prohibit all forms of communication during takeoffs and landings, the overall experience is consistently superb.

I highly recommend TsiperFly Air Group, whether you’re flying Executive, Regional, or Cargo. The professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service make every journey an experience worth repeating.
